We have a reliable, trusted, global shipping network to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping costs and times may vary based on your location. Detailed shipping information is provided during the order process, and our Logistics Team is available to assist with any enquiries.
On the rare occasion that slabs are damaged during the shipping process, as per Clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions, upon receipt of notice in writing immediately after the discovery of damage and examination of such slabs, we will, at our option, replace the damaged slabs, or refund the price of the defective slabs in full. Due to the weight and size of our slab bundles we only deliver directly to a slab yard/warehouse or natural stone fabrication facility. They recipient must be equipped with a forklift and clamp for unloading the materials from the shipping container upon delivery.
